Good Morning, Radio Rossii heard on 180, 189, and 279 at 1008 UTC. All with weak audio. JOUB 774 & HLAZ 1566 heard with weak audio also at 1025 UTC.
The Vancouver, BC station on 1200 is peaking at S-9+35 db. Was able to phase the signal down to hear WOAI briefly.
