Hi, Dennis et al! We're weathering a major wind storm as I'm monitoring. I got to the dials at 14:30. The first channel checked was 1475 Malaysia Borneo, and it's coming in better than I've ever heard them. If I could take away the splatter on both 1470 and 1480 (about equal in strength), the signal would be very easy to listen too and reasonably strong. The carrier, as always is very strong, with much weaker modulation. At 15:00 I didn't hear any time pips or IS to get any sort of positive ID....darn! Otherwise, I agree that signals were pretty sparse. SQM was very weak today. By 15:00 I heard a total of 9 audios only on 567, 747, 774, 828, 855, 1287, 1566 and 1575, plus 1475. Nothing on LW either. Borneo is making it worth getting up!..........Walt. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
