Things must have been intensely variable, or very localized given the small distance between our listening posts, Walt. I didn't hear audio on 531, 594 or 837, but at various times heard at least traces on 864 and 954 as mentioned, but also 1116 (seemed Asiatic by direction, not much diminished on northern Flag, as DUs usually are), 1215, 1287, 1314, 1566, and of course 1557 which was down by the hour, and fighting with an off channel station. But most were short lived. 1521 had a good carrier, but couldn't extract audio. Taiwan was heard here years ago, maybe it'll happen again. The upper band was where the action was, but it was very erratic. Having said all that, 774 is still occasionally delivering audio. Pips were heard on the hour at 1600UT, but that was after fading down from "nearly readable" . But there's still signs of audio at 1612.
