Re XEPE-1700: I noticed while driving home from work last night that
they were incredibly strong, and slopping most of the way across the
X-band as they do during the day (they're my closest local, with
XEUT-1630 a close second).  Who knows what power they are running;
surely more than 10kW and surely not directional away from the US as
they claim.
