Les/Bill, I realize that my suggestion which follows may not work out. But how about contacting WSCR and see if they have a planned silent period and run the KBOI test during that time? That would maximize the possibility of East Coast DXers hearing KBOI. It would take a lot of coordinating, assuming WSCR is even game. This practice is not new and was done by stations in the 1930's to facilitate coast to coast reception for DXers. I fully realize that things change, but I thing it might be worth a shot.
