Let's zero in on that innocuous slogan:
"Remember what your old pal Bozo says - always keep laughing!"
Quite a talent for misdirection. As we're laughing, he gets himself onto AF
bases, sidles up to AWACS, and now? Spraying Polonium-210? As with
fluoridation, it's all just chemistry.
Had a hunch the Red Clown was mixed up in BritSpray Iso-antics.....
