Up at 1500UTC -- bottom to top;
carriers or audio on 594, 612, 639, 738, 855, 972...
about 6 to 10" of snow on the ground - very unusual for
Victoria.
Everytime I stick my head out the window I can hear
branches breaking away from Douglas fir trees under
the weight of snow and ice.
