At 0144 a YL said it is 8 degrees downtown. Don't know of any place in the U.S. that is that cold. -------------- the temp matches Toronto -- could it be the all-news station there? I doubt it was CBC overnight -- they do not do local programming at the half-hour, only on top of the hour.
