I'm making it 265/85 degrees from Victoria BC...presumably the latter judging by what others are hearing. Probably no better than +/-5 degrees accuracy, as this is a fady signal here, only about 25dB above the noise at best, using Spectran. Montreal is 76 degrees from here, so not them?
