Jim's map doesn't take into account Great Circle Path which matters when 
several hundred miles away on an E-W bearing. I think the two lines coming 
from near Chicago are the 104 and 107 (when I did a more accurate job ..with 
trig etc) bearings I reported. 104 degrees from here is right at Baltimore 
and 107 right at DC..while it is about 96 deg to coastal central Jersey...
