Chris, If you can hear 1620 WDHP at 2200, try dropping down to 780 for ZBVI out of Tortola, BVI. It's 10kW N/D and I have been hearing it and WDHP regularly the past few weeks beginning at 2130 Z. Unless you have an antenna with directivity, WBBM Chicago will hog the frequency once the terminator moves near Chicago. ZBVI has an announcer with a midwestern U.S. accent, not what I expected out of the Caribbean, and that threw me at first. 73, Gil NN4CW Drake R8B 110 degree ewe; 35 degree ewe, 160' random wire, 135' doublet. _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list [email protected] http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: [email protected]
