620 = XESS - licensed to Ensenada but really located outside of
Tijuana.  This station still operates their old format on their old
frequency of 1450.  The 620 outfit is seemingly unaffiliated with the
1450, beyond using their calls and CP.  Same situation exists on
1030/920 with XESDD.

670 is almost certainly XESOS "radio uno" - they run day power a few
hours after dark every evening.
