Gil, Your post got buried along with others in the flood of SPAM and backed-up email -- the first no doubt contributing to the other -- so my inquiry may be too late, but I would like to hear samples of the signals you are referring to as Wobblers.
Have you been able to record one or more of these such that you could forward a WAV or MP3 clip to me? I don't know if you've had an opportunity to listen to the samples of Wobblers on the Wobbler web site, but I have a feeling you are talking about something different. Few of the frequencies you list have shown Wobblers of the kind to which I refer. It would seem there is some other anomaly out there in need of investigation, and maybe a new name to avoid confusion. Curt ------- W.
