Why HD? A one GB flash player can record about 16 hours at the "standard" 128 kbit/s rate, more if you can live with 64. But many mp3 player/recorders lack a built-in clock/calendar to time stamp your files. And the controls tend to be tiny and multi-purpose. There is seldom if ever a dedicated "record" button. Another recording option is a "voice recorder". Some now write mp3 or wma files which can be manipulated on a PC. And they have easy to use controls including a "record" button. Sound quality from the built-in speaker is not the best but generally adequate to get an ID. George McLachlan -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
