Too early I think for Cuba, Mexico, Texas or even Alabama, but hanging in with up-tempo vocal music under WLS 1635-50 ( so far - more unattended recordings on 890 to go thru yet ). Nothing else shown as Spanish on 890 except for WFAB-PR which is in itself something of a longshot...
