Don't be surprised if you hear WDOV IDs on 1450.  WILM and WDOV (1410 in Dover 
DE) "link up" during the 6-9 AM morning drive time.  WILM provides the majority 
of programming with WDOV slipping in some central Delaware news a few times an 
hour.  You may hear both WILM and WDOV IDs on 1410 during those hours.
