10;30 PST,Victoria,BC- I don't think the classical music was played by KTRB since here it was much louder and steadier than the station ID,which was not audible sometimes while the music was booming in continuously.Also,while KPAM was competing with the classical signal,KTRB was buried completely for more than 5 minutes,and then would be heard only faintly in the background.Unless somebody in SF can verify that the local actually was playing the classical.As to whether their night time power is less than the max I don't know.keeping track again tonight.
