Barry, TNX, I wrote "YWA" but typed an "E" and you are correct, it's 516 khz most likely, since I couldn't pinpoint the exact freq.

You sure it wasn't YWA?  It's on 516, located in Petawawa ON, NW of Ottawa,
and is one of the strongest NDBs here.  I couldn't find any listing for a
YWE.  Here's a couple of sites where you can look 'em up:
