I noticed the same thing one night last fall (early November I think).  KZIZ 
was on long after sunset and sounded like it was running normal programming 
(music, many IDs, promos, etc).  That time was mid-week as I recall, so the 
weekend help wasn't to blame.  I suspect the station is run by a computer (at 
least some of the time), in which case someone could enter the wrong data for a 
particular day.  Maybe they did a cut and paste from a day in July without 
thinking it completely through....
