1008 TAIWAN, Radio Taiwan International, rec postcard with verie statement in 100d. I had given up on this, as I received a program schedule and other info about a month ago with no QSL. Apparently they forgot to enclose one! So I am very pleased with "the lost QSL" . No V/S and not the usual QSL card either.Also enclosed was another program schedule, and other info. Taiwan QSL #15.
