Heard WINU 870 IL Shelbyville with fairly soft religious hymns and a TOH ID at 0500 this morning. Thanks to Joe Miller of Michigan for a tip to one of these lists. New here, though previously heard on another frequency. Otherwise cx are so-so. A handful of moderately strong Cubans and Mexicans, and IL and IN on the regionals earlier in the night. All those the usual suspects.
