*** Comcast ( which is on the high end price-wise for everything ) has a current 'deal' where if you take cable, cable DSL & phone from them, they'll charge you $100 for the first year. The typical price for just their cable alone on what they call a 'basic package' is about $55. I expect it's about the same for DSL onoce you hit the second year and get off the promotional price.
