2300 PST VICTRIA BC Does anyone recognize a spanish language station on 800 peaking out over the rest of the occupants on this freq at a slow rate of fade in and out while CHAB and CKOR are virtually zero'd out? I'm not hearing any clues for an ID or location. Bill in Vic BC
