While giving 1650 a listen this evening...18:40....I have a Radio Disney station that is distorted REALLY badly. I assume it is WHKT Portsmouth, VA.
The Disney station on 1640 which has the same programming sounds fine. It is WKSH in Sussex, WI. I believe.
