I got an id last night on the Chinese language station on 1380 - it was indeed WKDM
A weak recording with YL in CC then id "AM 13-80 WKDM New (static crash)" and then the signal rose with CC music and talk. Recorded at 0801. http://paulc.mwcircle.org/wkdm.mp3 1000 KOMO Seattle also made it in overnight at 0408 UTC along with 1190 WOWO.
