I agree, he is in urgent need of about 1000 mg of depakote tid. Maybe a little Lithium thrown in for good effect although that is not as common as it used to be. How about the good old standby, works for everyone and every psychosis: Thorazine. a few 100 mg tabs of that and he'll sound like Brush Lintball after a few Percs.
