What I have read about this eclipse is this. The midpoint of the eclipse (moon totally covered by shadow, appearing a deep red) will occur at moonrise, i. e. sunset, in the eastern part of NA. ABout an hour after moonrise, the partial eclipse phase should be visible. Of course in Europe this will all happen during late evening.
