Boy, did I blow it on that remembrance!
Yes, I remember Ray from the same 1962 NRC convention as ERC.
And, yes, it was Ray who was "brusque." Almost as bald as a bowling
ball. And I remember it was he who was Buffalo PD.
I'd hate to be a bad guy in Ray's precinct.
