Set the alarm for a few minutes before 3, EDT, and not much immediate sign of it here in Rochester, but I have an hour's worth of recording before that to check later, too. I'm out the door to do Morning Edition at WXXI-1370 now, and will keep listening to 650 in the car in hopes of catching the end of the test...
