Yes Brett & all, the broadcasters almost run the FCC. A DXer friend of mine contacted FCC saying IBOC should only be from 2 hours after sunrise until 2 hours before sunset. The FCC guy called him & said he agrees, but said the stations will be getting what they want. George S., MN
