Yes, I had been in correspondence with Arnie some years ago, and of course I have heard his DX program on RHC. BUT, I'm not getting any response from him either by e-mail or snail mail. I'm trying to QSL Radio Progreso on FM, something I would think he would be very helpful about, since he's very interested in sporadic E. I wonder if it's a geopolitical thing?
