Barry,
WIOZ is possible.
WGBR-1150 (Goldsboro, NC) plays the SSB at 0730, daily. I noted another
station (think it's WJCV-1290 Jacksonville, NC, but forgot) playing the SSB
at noon.
Do you have an audio clip of it that you can send for analysis?
