The Federal Communications Commission on March 22, 2007, adopted a Second Report and Order, First Order on Reconsideration, and Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Order) concerning digital radio. When the document (FCC 07-33) is released, it will have a comment period in which you may file comments on Docket 99-325. You may petition the Commission to issue a rulemaking on this matter.
