After a long time absence, assumed WD2XXM 1670 Frederick, Maryland is back on the air. They are running a hybrid IBOC signal and the analog is running non-stop music clips about 10 to 15seconds long. No announcements heard yet. 4/1 1400 They are supposed to be 1 Kw according to my information, so they probably can be wdiely heard on the East Coast.
