Yes indeed, KLIB is back on the air - but why? Owned by the same company as KFSG-1690 (according to FCC data base) who was suppose to be their replacement on the X-band. I thought after 5 years that KLIB would have to turn in their license on 1110, so what gives? Ideas anybody?
