Les- There are two times of the 24 hour day the are best to look TWR. The would be after local sunset and before local sun rise. Outside of that you pretty much on your own. :-))))
I heard and reported in early part of March, have heard it a few times since then. As we are coming into the summer season it might be a little bit harder to hear. Just keep listening.
