That's covered in an earlier posting that (apparently)
you didn't see.

I listened carefully to the clip file, and quickly
determined it was "WX?A." (The third letter is either
an "L" or an "R.)"Looking at the NRC DA Pattern Map-
book and all other databases, it became apparent that
it was WXRA, Georgetown, Kentucky. DA directs 20 kW
effective over Lexington, Kentucky. Quite a bit of
power in this direction. Googled "WXRA," and it became
apparent that an EE spot for Taco Bell would not be out
of place on this station.
