Willis, That is true. There is probably a money trail. One thing is the CFBs cost more money even though they last longer. The initial outlay is more, so if everyone buys the bulbs for their houses, then look at all of the extra $$$ the companies will make. The CFBs do help conserve power. There is no doubt about that, but in my case, the extra cost involved with buying all new bulbs, if I was going to would cost $54 for the whole house. Multiply that times millions of homes. I see GE stock going up. :).
