Russ, After first hard seeing the way the NAB/FCC operates at NAB conventions, it was something else to say the least. I was attending a sesson doing an article for RW back in the 90s. As I was sitting there waiting for things to get started. I over hear some guy from the NAB asked everyone "Do you know of any pirate stations in your market?" He was making a list to give to the FCC! It is one thing for a pirate to be reported for causing harmfull interference, but to just go after them for no reason is another. I was disgusted. This is not the same FCC we once had.
