Without embargo, you enjoy some of the most inbooming and infading signals of
any DXer I know.

However, you are prohibited from reporting TISs here because of your proclivity
for inserting spurious hyphens to separate numerals from letters in callsigns.
E.g. WQCR-563 instead of WQCR563 (1700 kHz).

You may file an appeal.
