Your probably right about the KOHI power increase at night.  I have heard the 
current ground system at the present location is bad.  Maybe if they can get 
the antenna moved to a better location the signal will improve?  They had an 
auction last Saturday to raise funds for the Saint Helens fouth of July 
fireworks fund.  From 2-6 pm only 5 callers called and made bids on about 40 
items auctioned.  With most people listening to FM or portable systems its hard 
for a small AM station to make it.  I talked to my former supervisor at work 
and he lives about 10 miles East of Saint Helens and never know it had a AM 
station.
