Hi Bert,
You and I must be in the same zone or something, I finally got my 160M
dipole up with antenna tuner etc, and finally got on the air last night for
the first time, no QSO's but I didn't have much time (had to work early
today) and didn't want to break up a net that was in process. I heard
someone calling CQ on 1885 AM and I tried to answer him but forgot to switch
my transmitter from CW to mic until it was too late. I'm going to try again
tonight either on 160 or 75 meters AM.
I bought a SS transmitter but haven't got that one set up yet, it's a
Heathkit HW-101 80-10 M, maybe we can set up a net some night, all the IRCA
hams,
