Thanks for explaining the PSSA. With sunset being at 8:54 PM, they can cut off the 1,000 watts down to 50 watts until 9:54 PM. Then 12.5 watts until their presunrise 500 watts. If the above procedure is followed, the best time to listen for KOHI would be 8:30-9:54 pm? Is PSRA an hour before sunrise?
