*If you're me and hate to deal with an automated system when calling
UPS(United Parcel Service) to track a package, make a claim or otherwise..
here's a tip when calling them..

Dial 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877)

As soon as you hear the voice prompt "Thank you for calling UPS" simply say
in a loud, clear voice "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

In a second or two, you will hear another voice prompt asking you for more
informaiton on what you need... simply, again say in a loud, clear voice
"CUSTOMER SERVICE" and you will be routed to a LIVE Human being.......
