Here in Victoria BC A similar sounding signal can be heard beeping on 520 some
kind of code message or fixed sequence of dits and dahs non stop and next door
down on 510 a different signal is active so I'm assuming that they are radio
beacons for ships like a light house at the entrance of a harbour.One tower
visible in this area is not a broadcaster so that one could be the beeper.-Bill
