Woz, I checked several air beacon and water nav resources and the only beacon that I could find on 520 in the U.S. is IQS in Sallisaw, OK. It is 25 watts. Sallisaw is 334 miles from you. IQS in Morse code would be: . . _ _ . _ . . .
One very good resource for aircraft beacon info is airnav.com. Click on the NAVAIDS tab. Then just type in the frequency.
