Tim, Talking houses are common in the Vancouver, WA area. The house down the street had one for about 6 months. The house is still for sale, but does not have the transmitter anymore. Another house around here was also on the air for a short time. I drove around yesterday for about 4 miles and heard nothing but static on 1610.
