WBGS, Point Pleasant, WV, was back on Sunday. Noted again today on
regular schedule with the format & programming I described earlier. ID's as
"The Informer." Signal appears somewhat better than it was before, now
almost the equal of local WATH. Still no sign of WVKO-1580 coming back,
though.
