Log listings 1180 was used by the VOA before RADIO
MARTI was started as an anti- Castro Station for
listeners in Cuba as competition for the Cuban
BCers,VOA TXed Its Shortwave Progs on 1180 much like
the BBC does for people in the UK who like to listen
to the world service at home on MW.(648Khz)--Bill in BC
