Mike,

I stand corrected. And I think Dixon had a receiver site to
receive audio from Washington for transmission, also.

IBB Greenville (formerly VOA Greenville) had a receiver site
until about 1990. But it was used by the USIA for listening
to foreign SW stations for news and info. purposes.

IBB Greenville had a microwave link with Washington for
audio feed. Audio from the receiver site went north on the
link.
